OUR TEAM
With over 11 years of maritime experience, Marloes brings a wide range of maritime expertise to the table. After working at sea for three years, she started to work for a ship management company ashore. Marloes took up the challenge to build a professional crewing department for this company. When this department was developed, Marloes, Sam and Henrik decided to team up.
Shareholder Sam Gombra comes with 34 years of experience in the maritime industry. Having worked on all kinds of vessels, in ranks ranging from AB to captain. Along with 15 years as Managing Director of a ship management company, Sam is focused in creating efficiency in multiple disciplines within the maritime sector.
